All aboard the Elf Express!
All the good boys and girls are invited to board the Elf Express and depart to the Magical Elf Forest where the elves are eagerly awaiting your arrival. Our elves need your help to prepare for the big day and may even reward you with a sweet treat or two. Enjoy the spectacular Christmas lights whilst heading all the way to the Elf Tower for an interactive theatrical spectacular!
Marvel at the Elves before journeying down Candy Cane Lane all the way to the Magical Elf Kingdom where Santa and his real life Reindeer will be eagerly awaiting your arrival. Finish off your tour in Santa’s Toyshop where you will be able to select your gift, but only if you’ve been good this year!
Following the success of the 2021 Elf Express this is a Christmas experience not to be missed.
A Family Discount will be automatically applied on Check-Out to bookings containing more than one child.
Every effort has been made to make the Halloween and Christmas trails fully accessible, however customers should be aware that by its nature it will cover some uneven terrain with a number of varying gradients. There are also some areas that can be made more challenging by wet weather. Buggies and Pushchairs can be taken round the experience but must be folded up during the tractor ride at the start of the experience.
Regrettably, our Tractor rides are not wheelchair friendly.
Wheelchairs or mobility scooters won’t be provided. However, those who require a wheelchair or a mobility scooter are welcome to bring them, bearing in mind the advice above. We also strongly recommend planning your travel in advance and considering the impact of adverse weather.
If you require disabled and carers tickets, please call us on 01843 866023 where a member of our team will be more than happy to help.
Proof of carers will be requested on arrival, which may include a DLA or PIP letter from the Department of Work & Pensions, Attendance Allowance or Incapacity Benefit. Failure to provide proof will mean that you will be charged the full rate on entry.
The Elf Express 2022 is currently under development so attractions and parts of the experience may be altered, removed or improved throughout the year.
