All aboard the Elf Express!
All the good boys and girls are invited to board the Elf Express and depart at the Magical Elf Forest where the elves are eagerly awaiting your arrival. Our elves need your help to prepare for the big day, they may even reward you with a sweet treat or two. Enjoy the spectacular Christmas lights whilst heading all the way to the Elf Tower where Mrs Claus will be delighted to meet you!
Marvel at Mrs Claus showing off her baking skills in her interactive show before journeying down Candy Cane Lane all the way to the Magical Elf Kingdom where Santa and his real life Reindeer will be eagerly awaiting your arrival. Finish off your tour in Santa’s brand new Toyshop where you will be able to select your gift, but only if you’ve been good! This is set to be the biggest Christmas experience yet, so don’t miss it… even the adults get treats!
Every effort has been made to make the Halloween and Christmas trails fully accessible, however customers should be aware that by its nature it will cover some uneven terrain with a number of varying gradients. There are also some areas that can be made more challenging by wet weather.
Regrettably, our Tractor rides are not wheelchair friendly.
Wheelchairs or mobility scooters won’t be provided. However, those who require a wheelchair or a mobility scooter are welcome to bring them, bearing in mind the advice above. We also strongly recommend planning your travel in advance and considering the impact of adverse weather.

Proof of carers will be requested on arrival, which may include a DLA or PIP letter from the Department of Work & Pensions, Attendance Allowance or Incapacity Benefit. Failure to provide proof will mean that you will be charged the full rate on entry.
