Acceptance of risk and acknowledgement of rules

I accept AIRSOFT is a physical activity and accept that the activity has inherent risks associated with it throughout the game zones, car park, access tracks, these include but are not limited too: fallen trees, sharp objects, holes, burrows, trip hazards, tree roots, game structures,buildings, barricades, raised platforms, vehicles, stairs, walkways, mud, lose ground, standing water, animal/insect activity, collisions, etc, whilst Leisurequest take precautions to minimise the risk of injury occurring, I accept the risk by signing this form that the possibility of injury exists and that Leisurequest accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or injury resulting from any persons involvement in AIRSOFT gaming that where not reasonably foreseeable on the date of attendance by the centre staff, furthermore it is understood and agreed that individuals participate at there own risk, for under 16 s we require a parent/guardian to accept this risk on behalf of the player and sign this form.

I also agree to follow game rules, obey all reasonable requests by marshalling staff, follow safety instructions and take care of equipment loaned. In particular I agree that I will wear my issued AIRSOFT equipment at all times during game play and in designated areas and only remove my equipment in the designated safe area, should I break this rule I accept that I will be ejected from the game and will not be eligible for a refund,

I also understand that BBs can bruise and or break the skin and I will not intentionally aim for other players heads, should this rule be broken I accept that I will be ejected from the game without refund.

I also accept that the division of guests into teams is at the discretion of the centre staff who will take players requests into consideration, players may also be playing with other members of the public so accept that teams will be split evenly according to the day, I will also treat other players/centre staff with respect and not at anytime verbally or physically abuse them, violence of any sort will not be tolerated and players disobeying this rule will be immediately ejected from site without refund and where necessary the police will be informed

We recommend that players wear appropriate footwear such as boots with ankle support to participate and that old clothes are worn as the risk of damage to clothing exits and Leisurequest can not be held responsible for damage to clothing or footwear
