1. When visiting the site:
We automatically collect anonymous information about your device including details about the type of device, browser and which pages are visited. We use this to get a better idea of how you use the site, which pages and products are most popular, and information such as how you found the site. This helps us see which products are popular and our visibility on search engines and social media platforms. We also use this information to help tackle fraudulent activity and protect our site.
2. When you contact us via forms:
When you send us a message via our site’s built in contact forms, we collect your submitted Name and Email address, as well as the message itself. This information is required so that we can reply to your query and address you properly. These details are sent to our email which is operated offsite on our hosting mail server.
3. When placing an order via the site:
When you place an order via our website, we collect your Name, Billing address, Email address and Contact telephone number. We need this information in order to assign your details to an order reference or booking for when you arrive for your activity session. We use your email address to send your order confirmation and details about your order, as well as any additional information required before you arrive onsite. We also use your email address alongside your telephone number to use in case we need to contact you regarding your order. Please note that all payment information provided for the order is completed through PayPal’s own payment gateway, and so no Paypal login information or card details are ever transmitted to us or stored on our site’s servers.
